To efficiently handle switchboard (incoming and outgoing calls)
To maintain and update the UHJ extension list. Mobile database and speed dial lists
To arrange for courier shipments
To book hotels, tranportation arrangements including car rentals for visitors to UHJ / KSA and to keep track of the roomnights in these hotels.
To take care of transportation requirements (for arranging boarding passes etc) of employees for business purposes
To liaise with security for visitors to UHJ
To arrange for meet and assist services thru Travel agent
To maintain the reception area clean and tidy at all times
To arrange for business cards for employees
To receive visitors and inform the respective employeehost to deal with them.
To send BUPA claims of employees to BUPA thru our drivers
To prepare and exhibit welcome notices for new joiners
To keep updating the mktg ads for the Reception area in coordination with mktg secy.
To issue and manage building access cards to the employees
And other incidental work as arises from time to time relating to front office operations

– Category planning:
– Develop quarterly and monthly category plans for assortment, shelf-layout, promotional strategy and price positions, focussing on the target shopper
– Support the annual account Joint Business Planning process through data analysis and opportunity identification
– Support new product introduction for listing into mix;
– Run customer specific catman projects
– Customer input to S&OP
– Shopper insights:
– Use and leverage account specific category and shopper insights
– Customer Business Plan
– Execute brand standards(brand DNA) and support development and execution of channel specific brand standards
– Implement customer marketing plan;
– Ensure product availability and visibility;
– Performance Evaluation
– Measure and review category performance;
– retail margins and customer profitability.

– Market information (Nielsen, turnover, POS,market shares, field reports, …);
– Shopper understanding ;
– Brand standards by retail format/key customer;
– Category strategy;
– 4-8 quarter activity plans;
