Position Requirements |
Nursing Unit Manager |
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred; Master Degree an asset.
- Current registered nursing license from country of professional practice.
- Minimum of Six (6) years recent acute care nursing experience; including two (2) years experience in management. Pediatric, Emergency Room and Operating Room experience required if assigned to these areas.
- Demonstrated management / leadership ability.

RN I |
- Western: BSN, associate degree or graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Philippines and Middle East: BSN graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current registered nursing license from country of citizenship or professional practice.
- Minimum of Four (4) years current post-graduate experience in an acute care setting, Two (2) years must be in the assigned specialty. Western-qualified RN with excellent references and Two (2) years acute care experience including charge nurse experience or evidence of charge nurse ability, may be considered.
- Excellent oral and written English language skills.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) |
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Diploma or BSN preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of anesthesia.
- Current registered nurse and anesthesia licensure in country of professional practice.
- Minimum of Two (2) years experience as nurse anesthetist.
- Knowledge of administration of anesthesia in ophthalmology patients.
- Must have complete understanding of oral and written English.

- Basic medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Current Diploma in Anesthesia (DA) from country of professional practice.
- Minimum of Two (2) years study in the specialty of Anesthesiology.
- Minimum of Two (2) years of experience in the field of anesthesia after the DA certification.
- Specialized knowledge in CPR, preoperative patient care, ophthalmic and pediatric anesthesia (desirable).

Comprehensive Ophthalmologist (Emergency Room) |
- American Board, FRCS or equivalent
- With General Ophthalmic/ Emergency Room Training
- Minimum of three (3) years experience following Board certification or equivalent.

Staff Anesthesiologist (Consultant) |
- Basic medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Formal academic accreditation requirement of American Board of Anesthesiology or equivalent.

Staff Ophthalmologist (Consultant)

- American Board, FRCS or equivalent
- Minimum of Three (3) years sub-specialty clinical experience after completion of sub-specialty fellowship as follows or equivalent.

Staff Internist (Consultant) |
- Basic Medical Degree from an appropriately approved medical institution
- Appropriate specialty training in internal medicine
- Certification: American Board, FRCS, Saudi Board, or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience following the Board Certification or equivalent

Family Practitioner (Consultant) |
- MD Degree from an accredited medical institution
- Appropriate specialty training
- Certification: American Board, FRCS, Saudi Board, or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience after completion of residency training.
- Female candidate required.

Anaplastologist |
- Accredited degree in Medical, Dental and Allied Health fields
- Minimum of Two (2) years experience as Ocularist with experience in maxillofacial restoration.
- Current clinical knowledge of oculoplastic ophthalmic anatomy and physiology, terminology and procedures.
- Board Certification in Clinical Anaplastology (desirable)

MRI/CT Supervisor |
- Associate/Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Radiology Technology
- Current license or registration from country of professional practice for Radiology Technology and/or Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging
- Minimum of Four (4) years experience in Computed Tomography (CT) and minimum of Five (5) years of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
- Minimum of Five (5) years supervisory experience.
- Specialized training in post processing technology in both MRI and CT.

Microbiology Supervisor |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Sciences from an accredited university (Essential).
- Master Degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Sciences, Microbiology, or equivalent from an accredited university (Essential).
- Minimum of seven (7) years experience working in a capacity of Laboratory Technologist/Specialist or accredited medical laboratory, two (2) years of which spend in a senior coordinator level (Essential).
- Working knowledge of JCHO/JCIA standards for Hospital Laboratory Department (Desirable).
- Fluent in oral and written English (Essential).

Medical Laboratory Technologist |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory or equivalent related field from an accredited university (essential).

- Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition from accredited institution or university (Essential).

Lead Transcriptionist
|
- High school graduate. Formal medical transcription training desirable.
- Certification as a Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) by the American Association of Medical Transcriptionists (AAMT) desirable.
- Minimum of Five (5) years experience as a medical transcriptionist in an acute care facility with ophthalmology as one of its specialties.
- Minimum of One (1) year experience in training transcriptionist who are new to the facility.
- Experience in transcribing multinational accents and varying dictation styles. Minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute.

- High school graduate. Formal medical transcription training desirable.
- Certification as a Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) by the American Association of Medical Transcriptionists (AAMT) desirable.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as a medical transcriptionist in an acute care facility providing ophthalmological services to physicians with foreign accents. Experience must include the transcription of operative reports.
- Experience in transcribing multinational accents and varying dictation styles. Minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute.

Coding Manager
|
- Associate Degree in Health Information Management or related field.
- Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)
- Certified by HIMAA preferred.
- Completion of advanced course in ICD-10-AM coding.
- Minimum of Five (5) years Medical Records experience with ICD-10-AM in an acute care setting.
- Minimum of One (1) year computer operations experience desirable.
- Current knowledge of ICD-10-AM coding practices and standards.
- Working knowledge of electronic health record (HER).

Coder/Analyst
|
- High school graduate
- Completion of advanced course in ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-AM coding.
- Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) preferred.
- Coding certification by AAHIMA or HIMAA preferred.
- Minimum of Two (2) years experience as a Coder/Analyst.

Research Associate |
- MD and/or PhD degree or equivalent with an emphasis in area of immunology from an approved and accredited college or university and be currently technically competent in immunology research.
- Experience in all phases of immunology research with post qualification experience of at least Three (3) years; One (1) year of which must include original research.
- Must have a perfect understanding of oral and written English.

- Bachelor’s Degree in English or related field.
- Certificate in Teaching of English as Foreign Language
- Minimum of Two (2) years experience in classroom teaching of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to students from non-English background.
- Native listening, speaking, writing and reading ability in English.
- Knowledge of current linguistic teaching methodology with emphasis in English as a Foreign Language.

- Minimum of One (1) year experience working as a Picture Archiving Communication System/Radiology Information System (PACS/RIS) Engineer (essential).
- Experience in a healthcare facility/large hospital setting (desirable).
- Knowledge in Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) standard and troubleshooting tools (essential).
- Knowledge and experience in network and database administration, active directory, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), domain administration, macros, Client/Server environment, MS-SQL, SYBASE, Unix and Windows platforms (essential).
